Please read these terms and conditions:



The description of the goods is as set out on the website.  Any description is for illustrative purposes and there may be small discrepancies in the colour of the goods supplied.

Basis of Sale:

When an order has been submitted on the website, we can reject it for any reason (out of stock for example) although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.  Offers are limited to one per household, and cannot be combined with any other offers.  Each household is limited to one offer during any 12 month period, (although a new dog in the family can qualify as a new client).  We reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time and issue in full any monies paid.

The order process is set out on the website.  Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the order.  It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.


We are unable to issue refunds for any downloadable product, image or voucher, unless disqualified by the studio due to terms above.  Strictly no refunds are permitted once copyright has been handed over in the form of images purchased on a disc, on a USB or Via Digital Transfer

For any non-bespoke products received we offer a 14 day money back guarantee once the undamaged and unused item has been returned to us at Unit 7, Waverley Farm, Waverley Lane, Farnham Surrey, GU9 8EP return delivery will be at your own expense, to be received back before the period of 14 days has expired. All personalised and bespoke orders are non refundable.

The amount refunded will include the cost of the product(s) only and not the original shipping charge.

Price and Payment

The price of the goods and any delivery charge is set at the time of ordering, and include VAT at the applicable rate.

You must pay by submitting your payment details with your order, and we can take take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of goods.


We will despatch the goods to the delivery location within two weeks and not more than 30 days after the day on which the contract is entered into.  If we do not despatch the goods on time, we will issue a refund for the full amount including delivery costs.  We do not deliver goods outside of the UK currently.  The goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
