Terms and Conditions for all sales:
1) Due to the bespoke nature of our products & digital images your order cannot be cancelled or changed. We retain artistic license to create the final finish and feel of your photographs ordered. Any specific requirements must be made at time of ordering. Retouching will be done at our discretion. Final crops may be different due to different ratios on products available through our suppliers.
Interest free credit – the exact amount per month may vary depending on the terms offered by our credit agent. Once digital images have been downloaded the order may not be cancelled or changed, as refunds cannot be given for digitally supplied products.
By accepting to enter into awards, or competitions, you are agreeing to allow The Artful Dog Studio Ltd, and any other company chosen by The Artful Dog Studio Ltd, to be allowed to use all images for marketing, display, re-sale, competitions, promotions and merchandise, either in digital or printed form, and for commercial use or re-sale. We assume through your competition entry terms that you are happy for any images to be used, please feel free to request that we do not use images for dipslay or sale – however Copyright will still remain with The Artful Dog Studio Ltd.
