Competition General Terms & Conditions
- This offer is open to new clients only (if you have a new dog, this may class as a new client – please feel free to ask!)
- Shoots will be held in our Studio just outside of Farnham, Surrey GU9 8EP
- In booking you agree that The Artful Dog Studio Ltd may use any of the images taken in any printed material, digital display, social media, Competition entry and for any marketing purposes, printed media and commercial re-sale.
- The Voucher/Prize/Giveaway cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or vouchers, nor redeemed for cash.
- If a Gift certificate is a part of your prize, then the value may only be used towards any artwork purchased on the date of your shoot at your Design consultation/viewing which happens immediately after your shoot.
- Any purchases must be made at the design consultation at the studio, held immediately after your shoot/short walk. If a second viewing is requested then there will be a charge for this of £115, which can then be used as a credit towards any purchase at your specific appointment time, or becomes a charge for our time if you do not attend your appointment. The prize Gift certificate of £115 cannot be used to purchase a second viewing.
- Only one promotional shoot is allowed per household per year, and only one promotional voucher or offer per session.
- The owner must come to the shoot, we will not give prints for prizes or be able to redeem gift certificates if the owner is not present at the session.
- We do kindly request a Refundable Deposit of £55 to secure a diary booking, as we do for all of our studio appointments, so as not to waste our studio time and ensure that clients come for their appointment. This does NOT become a charge for your session, and is refunded to you when you attend your appointment, or it can be used towards any extra purchases if you choose! Shoots can be Re-scheduled, & your deposit moved across to a new date, as long as it is done no less than 72 hours prior to your appointment.
- Social media files (watermarked) are included with any artwork purchased. Printable digital files can be purchased, and are priced in connection with our printed artwork.
- You are only able to purchase our products in person on the day of your shoot, please note that we do not offer an online service to purchase photographs, nor can we send photographs as proofs to be chosen at a later date.
The Artful Dog Studio has the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
For large prize draw competitions, the main winner will only be chosen if entries exceed 20 in number.
